Club Requirements

Brigade Cricket Club are one of the oldest and largest clubs in Northern Ireland. Currently utilising a traditional, manual board; the club saw an opportunity to bring their club into the digital era with a new Video Scoreboard. The club holds many social events, including hosting other local sports clubs during their respective seasons, and outdoor events located near the traditional manual scoreboard. With a thriving Bar and Social Scene, the forward thinking committee saw an opportunity for hosting outdoor events like showing Movies, Live Football and Rugby, Cricket Events and more.

The Solution

FSL Scoreboards delivered and installed a 3x3m high-definition LED VideoBoard at Brigade CC. The screen delivers crisp, vibrant visuals visible from every part of the ground and is capable of displaying live TV broadcasts, match updates, scrolling messages, and sponsor advertising. After conducting a detailed site survey, FSL’s engineering team, armed with the customers desire to host events close to the pavilion, designed and submitted a detailed frame and concrete base drawing to the club who were able to source these works with a local supplier. Once this was installed, FSL fitted the Screens in just 1/2 day, and the screen was commissioned on the same day. Directly compatible with NV Play or PCS Pro, the club now has the benefits of showing many different scoring windows, including live replays and other features which exist within the program.
