Delivery & Installation
- Delivery of your scoreboard typically takes place within 6 weeks from receipt of the order deposit.
- FSL provides all necessary drawings, wiring diagrams, and step-by-step instructions to allow your club to carry out a straightforward, plug-and-play installation.
- If you would prefer FSL to handle the installation, this service can be included and costed at the quotation stage.
Warranty & Support
- All FSL scoreboards come with a two-year warranty, covering both parts and labour.
- In the unlikely event of an issue, replacement parts are typically available within 48 hours and can be installed by a qualified local electrician if needed in an emergency.
- For on-site assistance, call-outs are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Our support team is available by phone from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, to help troubleshoot any issues or answer your questions.
